From a very young age, I had a passion for people and for serving others. Through many great experiences and opportunities and many not so great experiences, I have been able to grow and step into my purpose. Through my own personal growth and leadership development I know all too well the empowerment that comes from allowing yourself to grow in all areas of life and become the person you were designed to be.

 In 1995, I was introduced to the John Maxwell Team by a dear friend. I was in the middle of through a rough transition in my personal life. I wasn't sure about it at all. I decided to join a mastermind group and experience the power that personal growth development brings. I knew after that, that I needed to take that step of faith and join the John Maxwell Team. From that day forward, I have grown in so many different areas of my life! That set a fire in my life to want to help others grow also! I have received training from some of the top best trainers in the areas of coaching and masterminds. Along the way, I have met some incredible people who continually challenge me to strive for personal growth and success. After joining the John Maxwell Team, I have continued my journey of growth and have been able to get other certifications in areas that I am passionate about.

 

 There is so much potential in each of us that is waiting to be released to its full capacity! Having said this, I am greatly anticipating working with you and/or your team and serving you in your journey of growth. It won’t always be easy, but I promise you……..you are worth the investment!
