Before taking these John Maxwell Leadership classes, I can see how wrong I was about what a leader is.  First, I never thought I could be a leader and did not see myself as a leader.  I thought it was a person with the actual title, such as manager, pastor, etc.  Thanks to these classes, and my awesome facilitator Janira, I am aware of what a leader is and what leadership means.  I now know that we all can be leaders, but we have to develop it and work at it if we really want to be a leader, especially a positive one.  It is a continuous learning journey and as leaders we actually take on the role of serving!  I love these classes-you meet awesome people, learn about yourself and other, and see life in a whole new enlightening way!
